Una Poema

By Shannon • May 15th, 2008 • Category: ModBlog

Since people seem to like the large-scale text tattoos (like the recent Kerouac tattoo, a typo-ridden ‘If’, a Bukowski poem, A Tale of Two Cities, and this big script piece), here’s another… This poem that Avonchorda wears was written by herself and tattooed by Alex at Las Calaveras Body Modification Studio in Cholula, Puebla, Mexico, where she lives. You can see it in full on her IAM page.

  1. There is something simple and elegant about well-inked text on the body. I just wish I could read the entire thing.

  2. Darah - It’s on her IAM page in full; I just used this shot because I preferred the photo.

  3. haha….ummmmm…..i don’t think tattoo artists “like the large-scale text tattoos” much at all…..and I don’t think they compliment the body at all…..

Same position, similar font, similar sentiment.

    Originality is a beautiful thing.
That’s why my tattoo is better.
