    I lived in Winnipeg for years. Mod-related joking aside, it’s actually a pretty dangerous town, due to the massive (and growing) gap between wealthy and poor. It also had the dubious distinction of being the murder capital of Canada for many years consecutively (i think it finally lost the title last year).

    I always find safety pins are hard to push through surface skin, simply because they’re usually pretty blunt. But hey, if you have the patience/tolerance, more power to you.
