Precision Implants
By Shannon • Jan 12th, 2007 • Category: ModBlogThanks to implant work by Howie (lunacobra.net), Pauly is now crying hearts (a week old in that photo, so it’s a little bruised), and Little John is hearing hearts. Implants on the surface of the ear are about as rare as they come, due I’m sure in no small part to the potential of both immediate complications, and future risks (don’t take up boxing, John!) because of the sensitivity of the tissue to damage.

Never seen implants on an ear before. Possibly because it’s an area more likely to reject? Looks sweet though.
i had to stare for some seconds untill i realise where the implants were lol
How can you even get under the skin on cartilage?
That looks like the ear implant is really painful. It doesn’t seem like there’s so much skin to work with to get underneath.

for me , the strangest part was hearing all the sounds. *hack stabby stab , peeel* luckiliy howie drowned it out with jolene. yes. jolene by dolly parton. all part of the service……www.luna-cobra.net.
as for the saftey , my ear was black for a few days , BLACK. but then it was fine. Howie did give me a 20% chance of my ear falling off, but if it did , how could i stay mad at him ? hes just so god-damn cute.
LittleJohn’s ear one is amazing, I wouldn’t of thought it would work at all.

his eye’s colour is amazing (and so it is the little gold star) … well, the implants look sweet =) i don’t want to think about the pain little john must have felt when he did the ear implant… o_O

very very cool, where was the incision for the ear implant done? i think i can see where it was done, where a rook piercing would be? like on the inner part of the er, very interested
